Pinot Gris vines are rooted deep in the mineral subsoil bringing a unique flinty
flavor to the grapes. Strawberry, orange and apple blossom aromas waft from
our estate-grown and vinted Pinot Gris. It's pale pink color is due to soaking
the grapes on their red skins before pressing and fermenting. MacIntosh apple,

rosy-pink wine has strawberry and lime aromas followed by green apple and
grapefruit on the palate. Made by the saigneé method from
2006 Hershy’s Red Pinot Noir $15.00* Hershy’s Red from the 2006 vintage is a rosy garnet Pinot Noir with the aroma of ripe raspberry and red cherry. It is soft and balanced on the palate as it develops flavors of blackberry and spicy cherry.
