All of Ankeny
Vineyard wines are estate wines from our 35-acre
vineyard, located in the South Salem Hills in the Willamette
Valley. The low-lying, south-facing slopes insure early ripening and
uniquely flavored fruit.

2006 Reserve Pinot Noir
New Release, Memorial Day Weekend
2006 Hershy's Red Pinot Noir
Hershy's is
made from Dijon and Wädenswil clone Pinot Noir grapes planted near the
valley floor in fertile Steiwer clay soil. Hershy’s
Red from the 2006 vintage is a rosy garnet Pinot Noir with the aroma of
raspberry, red cherry and jasmine tea. It is soft and balanced on the
palate as it develops flavors of blackberry, cherry and rose hips.
Enjoy it in the company of a friend as
good as Hershy!
2006 Pinot Gris
Warm weather is returning, and our Pinot Gris is the perfect
summer wine.
Ankeny’s
Pinot Gris grapes are grown on the Larmer Bloc of the vineyard. Nekia
soil, infused with limestone, encourages the vines to root deep in the
mineral subsoil bringing a unique flinty flavor to the grapes. The result
is a crisp, fruity Pinot Gris. Apple blossom and apple fruit aromas give
way to apple, pear and peach flavors. It pairs wonderfully with salmon,
pasta salads, or simply a warm sunny afternoon.
Ankeny White Table Wine
A unique blend made from the white grape varieties of Ankeny
Vineyard.
Ankeny
WTW is a delightful twist on traditional Chardonnay. This blend of tank
and barrel fermented Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Early Muscat
is smooth and dry with a hint of sweetness and a wonderful floral aroma.
Light and refreshing. A great match with salads, seafood and lightly seasoned dishes.
Serve
chilled.
Ankeny Pinot Noir Rosé
A fruity and earthy dry rosé for those tough
enough to drink pink wine!
Apple
and tropical fruit aromas grace this Ankeny Rosé,
with a hint of earthiness like a meadow after a spring rain. Made by the
saigneé
method from Pommard, Dijon and Wädenswil clones of Pinot Noir. It is a
wonderful match for heartily seasoned shellfish, fish or chicken.
New Release!

Ankeny Crimson is a dark, ruby-red blend of
Marechal Foch and Pinot Noir, with aromas of violet, cherry and blueberry.
Flavors of wild blackberry and black cherry complement the soft tannins
and refreshing acidity.
